Much like the Atlas of True Names, the Chinese-language website Jandan has posted a map of translations of Chinese provinces. (Hat tip: TDXAP)
I most like the meaning of Fujian province which means "Happy Establishment". Meanwhile Tibet means "Western Hoard". For some reason North Korea does not equate to "Morning Calm" in my mind.
